Gtechniq Aero Coat C0v2 is a silicon dioxide SiO2 ceramic coating designed specifically for sports and racing cars. Its main feature is the prevention of dirt particles and other foreign bodies from adhering to the race vehicle. In motorsport, it's crucial to minimize attachments during the race as they can lead to significant disadvantages like impaired visibility, reduced cooling performance, loss of balance, and aerodynamic changes. This product is derived from the world-renowned Crystal Serum Ultra, which can only be applied through certified Gtechniq Accredited Detailers. CSL provides about 80% of the protective performance of Crystal Serum Ultra. Unlike Crystal Serum Ultra, Crystal Serum Light can be removed with a polishing machine, which is not possible with Crystal Serum Ultra. Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra and its smaller brother, Crystal Serum Light, are established terms in the detailing industry for extremely durable, high-gloss, ultra-smooth, and crystal-clear ceramic coatings that bond chemically. In contrast to other ceramic coatings, Crystal Serum Light retains the gloss achieved through polishing, without dulling or roughening the surface. Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra delivers an extreme deep shine. This hybrid coating builds a flexible 7H layer and an ultra-hard 10H layer in a single application. Crystal Serum Ultra must not be layered. To minimize water droplet risk further and enhance dirt repellency, Crystal Serum Ultra - short CSU - can be topped with EXOv5.
