Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Romania, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Spain, France, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden.

If the delivery of a product to one of these countries is not possible due to legal reasons, the order will be canceled after a manual order review, and any payment already made will be refunded.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes 1-3 days, and international deliveries take 3-5 days after the contract is concluded (in case of agreed advance payment, after payment is received).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
No shipping costs will be charged for self-collection.
