Detail Passion Pike Microfiber Cloth Made in Germany 3-Piece Set

With Pike, the Detail Passion team is paving new paths. Observing that there is still plenty of "room for improvement" in microfiber cleaning and painting applications, they decided to develop a completely new cloth. It didn't seem sensible to represent a new development through Far Eastern suppliers, so they tried their luck in Germany. The result is a highly efficient multipurpose microfiber cloth named "Pike", which means pike in English: 100% Made in Germany!

Microfiber Cloths: Made in Germany

When we first engaged with high-quality microfiber cloths for automotive care about 5 years ago, we quickly realized that the market is dominated by South Korean and Chinese factories. Almost all manufacturers produce according to guidelines. We have also followed this path with Detail Passion. Our glass cleaning cloth Plecos, the long-pile paint care cloth Hawk edgeless, the all-round cloth 2Face, and the Ceramic Buff series for applying ceramic coatings have attracted many customers. We have been offering these cloths in consistent quality for years and maintain good to friendly contacts with the contract factories.

... But! When we engage in something, we do not do it half-heartedly. In certain tasks, we noticed that it could be done better. After extensive search, we found a production facility in Germany that could implement our observations and expectations into a specialized fabric with open ears and eyes.

Pike is our first and so far only microfiber cloth made in Germany. We intentionally kept it a bit smaller, as we have always found the usual 40 x 40 cm a bit too large for interior cleaning tasks. Since we control the manufacturing process ourselves, we will soon be able to introduce more products based on this fiber.

100% Detail Passion: Honest, Transparent, and Fair

If you know us, you know we act 100% in the interest of our customers. Honesty, transparency, and fairness are not just buzzwords for us; they are inseparable components of the Detail Passion DNA. Pike is, in this sense, also a statement: we commit to Germany as a production site, whenever possible and economically viable. Slapping a German flag on Far Eastern products simply does not fit Detail Passion.
