THE MESH CLAY SCRUBBER is a microfiber pad with an applied clay layer designed for deep cleaning of paint, glass, and plastic surfaces on cars, motorcycles, caravans, RVs, boats, and airplanes. The microfiber and clay surface are highly durable when used according to the following instructions. Deep cleaning with THE MESH CLAY TOWEL should occur after thorough washing with non-waxing cleaners. Typically, deep cleaning is necessary when surfaces are subsequently polished, sealed, or ceramic coated. Deep cleaning can create holograms and fine scratches in the paint, which can be polished out either by machine or by hand.

Surface Cleaning and Decontamination of Car Paint with THE MESH CLAY SCRUBBER

Preparation: Perform the following steps in the shade and on cooled surfaces. Wash the vehicle thoroughly by hand using non-waxing and non-sealing detergents. We recommend first conducting a thorough pre-cleaning with alkaline cleaners and iron removers, followed by a pH-neutral or acidic hand wash. Rinse the vehicle with clear water after washing.

Application: If the water is hard, first dry the vehicle and then use THE MESH CLAY SCRUBBER with clay lubrication products like Optimum No Rinse, CarPro Ech2O, P&S Paint Gloss. Work in sections no larger than 1 square meter. Spray the clay lubrication product onto the paint and on the cloth, then use the dark clay side of THE MESH SCRUBBER to gently glide over the paint from left to right. As you remove the dirt film, you will notice that the paint becomes noticeably smoother. Regularly check THE MESH CLAY SCRUBBER for adhered contaminants and rinse it under warm water if necessary.

Alternative Application: THE MESH CLAY SCRUBBER can also be used directly with shampoo water. Ensure that the shampoo water is not contaminated. Regularly check THE MESH CLAY SCRUBBER for adhered contaminants and rinse it under warm water if necessary.

After Use: Rinse THE MESH CLAY SCRUBBER thoroughly after use and let it air dry with the clay side facing up. The cloth can be repackaged into the plastic bag after use and drying.
