Flex PXE 80 Set with Accessories

Flex PXE 80 is the innovative mini polisher from the German manufacturer FLEX Tools. The PXE 80 can be used for polishing and sanding in both rotary and eccentric modes. The quick-change system allows for fast switching between drive types and backing pads.

Specially designed for the PXE 80, polishing pads made of microfiber and foam from the Detail Passion Pad factory are available. These are listed in the "Accessories" tab below. For use with this high-performance polisher, we offer polishes from manufacturers like Meguiars, 3D Products, Sonax, Rupes, and Menzerna. We are happy to provide detailed advice.

Flex Support Plate 50mm Hook BP-M 50 for Flex PXE 80

Original support plate for the Flex PXE 80 mini polisher. The support plate with a 50mm hook-and-loop attachment is suitable for the eccentric and rotary uses of the Flex PXE and can be used with compatible polishing pads from Rupes, Flex, Detail Passion, and Lake Country. Compatible polishing pads are also available from Chemical-Shark.de. Differences between the 30mm, 50mm, and 75mm Support Plates Flex continues to deliver the PXE 80 sets with a 30mm support plate, providing 40mm polishing pads. This can lead to some instability, as these pads do not adhere well to the side of the support plate. The 75mm support plate is not approved for use with rotary applications due to the high load on the ball bearing, but many users opt to use the corresponding safety pin, which allows for its use nonetheless. The new dampened 50mm support plate can be used for both rotary and eccentric applications, but not with 30mm or 40mm polishing pads, as there is a risk of damaging the pad and the support plate then making contact with the paint. Therefore, we strongly recommend using the appropriate polishing pads for each support plate.
