Product information "Lake Country Microfiber Cutting Pad 50mm Ø 52/62mm"
The Lake Country Microfiber Cutting Pads are made from a completely new microfiber that allows for high defect correction (scratch removal) and a good finish in the shortest working time. The microfiber is optimized for reduced flattening, making it significantly more shape-stable than other microfiber pads. This feature of the Lake Country Microfiber Cutting Pads ensures improved heat dissipation while polishing. As a result, the pads can be used longer and heat up less.
Optimized for orbital and forced orbital polishers like Rupes BigFoot Mark LHR12/15/21, LK900e and Flex XFE/XCE
These polishing pads are designed for use with high-performance large stroke orbital polishers from brands like Rupes, Makita, and Flex. In combination with medium and heavy cut polishes from Rupes, Sonax, 3D, and Meguiars, these powerful pads maximize performance and enable efficient polishing work. Between the hook-and-loop backing and the microfiber, the Cutting Pads are cushioned with blue Lake Country foam, which ensures optimal balance and support even at high speeds.

Polishing pads are a crucial factor for the quality of any vehicle detailing – they transmit the power of the polishing machine directly onto the paint and are partially responsible for a perfect result. However, with each use, polish residues, oils, and dust accumulate deep in the fibers. The result: diminishing performance, uneven results, and premature replacement. This is where the cleaning powder developed by Lake Country comes in – an effective yet gentle solution for the thorough, material-friendly, and sustainable cleaning of high-quality polishing pads. Compatible with all premium pads – tested for hook-and-loop compatibility Whether pads from Detail Passion, Lake Country, Rupes, Sonax, ServFaces, Buff and Shine, or other leading brands – the cleaning powder has been specially developed for professional use and is ideal for foam, microfiber, hybrid, and wool pads. Extensive tests have shown: The powder reliably dissolves even deep-seated residues while simultaneously preserving the hook-and-loop connection, which often suffers with inferior cleaners. Optimal results in the Lake Country Pad Washer For maximum cleaning depth, the powder can also be used in the Lake Country Pad Washer. The combination of mechanical movement and chemical action removes even stubborn residues more thoroughly and gently than any washing machine. Ideal for all pad types – from fine wool to durable hybrid materials. This ensures the full performance of your pads is maintained over time. Efficient, material-friendly, and environmentally conscious Just 20 grams of powder is sufficient for 10 liters of cleaning solution. Simply mix with warm water, immerse pads directly after use, let sit for at least 15 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly. For heavy contamination, the soaking time can be extended. The cleaning powder is solvent-free, fully biodegradable, and combines professional effectiveness with a sustainable approach – perfect for all who want to not only clean but also maintain their pads.
While we can't say if the innovative RAGS TO RICHES™ microfiber towel detergent truly lives up to the meaning of "from rags to riches," we can assure you that it was developed by the giants of the detailing business: legendary detailer Renny Doyle, brand ambassador and product manager Levy Gates from The Rag Company, and brothers Dave and Bob Philips from P&S Detailing Products. The result is an effective product designed for washing microfiber towels, foam pads, cotton, and all other fabric blends. RAGS TO RICHES™ is a highly concentrated formula that can be used sparingly. Revitalize your high-quality microfiber towels: P&S Detailing Products | The Rag Company - RAGS TO RICHES™ RAGS TO RICHES™ can completely regenerate microfibers, eliminating typical dirt, residues from polishes, polymers, cleaners, and waxes from the fibers. The cleaning process restores the high water absorption of the fibers. Color and brightness are reset to original levels through a special color refreshing formula. Developed specifically for microfiber products, RAGS TO RICHES™ is also excellent for polishing pads and natural fibers from fur or wool. Dosage and Usage Recommendations For small wash loads and moderate dirtiness, one fluid ounce 30ml will suffice per wash. For larger wash loads and/or heavier dirt, usually two fluid ounces will be sufficient. RAGS TO RICHES™ is effective as a standalone detergent; no additional detergents are needed. Used towels can also be pre-cleaned directly in a cleaning solution of 20 liters with 1-2 fluid ounces 30-60ml. For cleaning polishing pads, a detergent/water solution of 10 liters and 2 fluid ounces 60ml can be used. RAGS TO RICHES™ has been certified by the product management and development team of the German manufacturer "Detail Passion" for their microfiber products.

Lake Country Padwasher System 4000™: Pre-Information on Availability The System 4000™ from Lake Country is a revolutionary polishing pad cleaning system. Unlike other systems, the cleaning of polishing pads can be carried out directly with the polisher in hand. This prevents polishing residue from drying and optimizes workflow. The patented Pure Flo technology is a closed-loop cleaning system. The user controls how much cleaning liquid flows into the system by pressing the pump. With the System 4000™ pad cleaner, polishing pads are cleaned faster, more thoroughly, and more gently than ever imagined. Two water chambers for flushing foam, microfiber, hybrid fiber, and wool pads The cleaning system consists of two separate chambers for clean and used water. Fresh cleaning water is drawn from the lower section, optionally mixed with "Snappy Clean Booster" or other pad cleaning agents. The upper chamber holds the already used dirty water. The user-controlled water flow makes the system efficient, economical, and environmentally friendly. For less dirty pads, the cleaning water in the upper chamber can be reused multiple times. Depending on the type of pad or level of contamination, the user decides how often to reuse the water. Easy cleaning of polishing pads with rotary, forced rotation, or dual-action polishers To start, simply remove the wastewater collection tray from the cleaning system, fill the cleaning tray with water and cleaning agent, and reinsert the collection tray. At low speed, the dirty pad can now be cleaned directly with the polisher. The water amount is controlled by pressing on the washing chamber. Once the pad is sufficiently cleaned, the polisher is lifted, and the water is spun out of the pad or sponge by increasing the speed. The holder of the collection tray is designed to ensure that the spun-out water lands back in the collection tray. Lake Country Padwasher System 4000: Order directly at Chemical-Shark.de! Fast, efficient, and economical cleaning of polishing pads directly with the polisher in hand Compatible with rotary, dual-action, and forced rotation polishers Cleans all pad sizes made of foam, microfiber, hybrid fibers, and wool Environmentally friendly with flexible reuse of cleaning water as needed Patented and developed by Lake Country: a leading manufacturer of polishing pads and sponges Official distribution through Chemical-Shark.de Two modes: Standard and closed-loop cleaning cycle The system supports two modes. To reuse the cleaning solution, the appropriate screws on the collection tray can be removed. If the cleaning cycle is not intended for reuse, the screws remain closed or inserted. These modes are also explained in the video. Lake Country Pad Washer 4000 vs. Lake Country Pad Washer 3000 The Pad Washer 4000 is a direct advancement of its predecessor, the 3000. Unlike the 3000, it no longer requires filter inserts, and the splash guard has been replaced. Residue separation is now managed differently, and the splash guard is rendered unnecessary by a taller edge and the yellow edge cover. These changes, along with an improved pump, make the system more robust and easier to use. Chemical-Shark.de Recommendations In our opinion, the Pad Washer System 4000™ is most effective when pads are cleaned immediately after use. For professional use, we recommend always keeping the cleaning system ready. While all-purpose cleaners (APCs) can be used, cleaning is more reliable with specialized cleaners from Lake Country or Wolfgang. You can find suitable cleaning agents listed under "Accessories" at the bottom of this page. The operation is explained in the application video, also available at the bottom of this page.
Original support pad for the Flex PXE 80 mini polisher. The support pad with a Velcro attachment of 50mm is suitable for the eccentric and rotary applications of the Flex PXE and can be used with compatible polishing pads from Rupes, Flex, Detail Passion, and Lake Country. Suitable polishing pads are also available at Chemical-Shark.de. Differences between the 30mm, 50mm, and 75mm support pads Flex continues to provide the PXE 80 sets with a 30mm support pad and supplies 40mm polishing pads for this, which leads to some instability as these pads do not adhere laterally to the support pad. The 75mm support pad is not approved for use with rotary applications due to the high stress on the ball bearing, although many users use the corresponding safety pin to make it work. The new dampened 50mm support pad can be used both rotatively and eccentrically, but not with 30 or 40mm polishing pads, as there is a risk of the pad being damaged and the support pad then coming into contact with the paint. We strongly recommend using suitable polishing pads for each support pad. BP-M 30mm: At least 30mm polishing pads from Rupes, Detail Passion, or Lake Country, or 40mm Flex polishing pads BP-M 50mm: At least 50mm polishing pads from Rupes, Detail Passion, or Lake Country BP-M 75mm: At least 75mm polishing pads from Rupes, Detail Passion, Lake Country, or Flex
