The Duetto is designed to work with soft interfaces and micro-abrasives as well as polishing pads, ensuring top-notch performance in both operating modes.

Careful studies of the dynamics of eccentric motion and extensive practical testing have led to the choice of an eccentricity of 6 mm (total oscillation circuit 12 mm). The correction capacity of the latest generation micro-abrasive discs is significantly improved, especially when flattening unevenness or addressing large-area defects, where excellent uniformity of sanding depth is maintained.

The same eccentric motion also effectively and incredibly effortlessly drives the polishing pads to quickly achieve a high-quality finish.

The use of micro-abrasive discs to correct major defects accelerates and simplifies the polishing cycle, as processes that would typically be challenging in the sole polishing mode are reduced to just a few minutes. Machines with accurate balancing and optimal motion control are required for this process. Minor changes can lead to uneven surface roughness, necessitating rework in subsequent processing phases. The Duetto is easy to handle, providing immediate optimal control sensitivity.

Particularly, the Duetto is distinguished by many small details that contribute to achieving a good result, such as the anti-spinning device, which reduces the possibility of errors even for less experienced operators, the front handle that facilitates the positioning of the palm in the virtual center of the eccentric mass, and the electronic module with torque control.

The rubberized resting pad allows for safe placement of the Duetto.
