Rupes produces high-quality polishing machines used in industrial applications, by professional car detailers, and in the detailing industry. To ensure maximum continuous use, the large orbit polishing machines from the Bigfoot series LHR 12, LHR 15, and LHR 21 are equipped with a rubber washer between the housing and the polishing plate. This rubber provides maximum protection against dust, which does not occur with regular detailing and can reduce performance through friction of the materials.

With the washer plate we offer, the full performance of the Rupes Bigfoot polisher can be achieved. The machine stays on the edge less often and rotates more freely due to the eccentric's movement. The washer plate is simply mounted between the drive rod and the polishing plate. Installation is self-explanatory and is also explained in the video below.
Installation of the spacer is at your own risk! We have not encountered any disadvantages or warranty limitations when using the Washermod.

Unglaublich, was das bewirkt
Man hat den Eindruck eine ganz andere Maschine zu haben. Sehr gut für die etwas müde LHR15ES. Gut 3D Qualität.

Staub bei uns kein Thema
Weil Staub in unseren Hallen kein Thema ist, habe ich das mal direkt getestet. Wirklich einfach zu montieren und sehr viel höhere Leistung.
